Aesthetic Medical Device Sales Position at Cryomed - VIC, SA, TAS
Leading aesthetic technology company is seeking a motivated individual with a strong appetite for success for a Full-Time Aesthetics Sales position. In this role, you will be selling a range aesthetic devices that cosmetic Dr’s, plastic surgeons, dermatologists and cosmetics clinics use.
This is a dynamic and autonomous role where you will seek out and identify prospective customers from various sources, initiate contact to establish relationships, and understand their various needs and opportunities to sell into their business. The ability to qualify potential customers and the patience to fully explore their needs and provide appropriate solutions whilst developing trusting relationships is key. Other duties include coordinating and reporting back to the head office team.
We are looking for an ambitious individual from industry with a strong desire for success. Effective time management, high energy, self-discipline, focus and the ability to work with people at all levels are qualities you have.
Experience in the aesthetics industry or a nursing background will be highly regarded, however, the ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of products and build a strong network of sales will be the measurement of your success. Salary including superannuation, vehicle allowance, tools of trade and competitive uncapped commission structure are on offer (approximately $200,000 package).

To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
A proven track record in achieving sales targets. (ideally within the aesthetic, medical , pharmaceutical or healthcare industry)
An ability to connect with people with strong communication skills
Be highly organised with a positive and determined work ethic
A passion for delivering benchmark customer service standards
A drive to excel in all you do with a “get it done” positive attitude
The ability to work autonomously but succeed as a team
