The Role
Reporting into the Business Manager – Revenue DOREVITCH), the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue generation and business development across their respective areas. You’ll be playing an important role in developing and executing of our revenue strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager with the implementation of the Pathology Revenue strategies
- Maintaining ACC network through lease negotiation strategic ACC placements
- Self-managing and lead revenue focus campaigns, execute revenue strategy
- Develop deep understanding of targeted market, monitoring market behaviour
- Ensure strategic communication plans for internal and external stakeholders are implemented
- Provide direction and focus to Medical Liaison Officers to maintain current and growing client base,
- Gathering & reporting on market business intelligence
- Attending marketing conferences and events
- Managing property leases including new, renewal and exercise of option
- 3+ years working in a similar industry and/or role
- Uncover market gaps, drive innovation, collaborate and lead
- Good analytical ability to develop, problem-solving skills to manage revenue and budget initiatives
- Strong negotiation and strategic skill to manage and grow ACC network
- Ability to inspire and guide Medical Liaison Officer to succeed, supporting and facilitating resources for effective marketing activities
- Creating and seizing opportunities to expand into new markets
