This role will focus on winning new business across Melbourne in the SME / Mid Market space, with an aim to grow the COS customer base by solution selling a range of office supplies across multiple business segments.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meet and exceed all sales KPI’s to deliver the required revenue and margin growth
- Prospecting, lead generation and closing the pipeline
- Effective sales planning and time management
- Understand and be able to communicate the customer’s needs internally to deliver the best solution
- Assist and facilitate implementation and on boarding of New Customers
- Accurate CRM management
The successful candidate will have experience in prospecting and lead generation, cold calling, winning business and a passion to succeed and grow the business.
With a ‘hunter’ mentality towards developing new business, you are highly motivated, confident and possess strong business acumen and the ability to manage high level stakeholder relationships. A high level of communication and presentation skills is also required. Having demonstrated the ability to find the key decision makers to create true partnerships is the key anchor to succeeding in this role.
Existing industry relationships in B2B Procurement roles will be highly regarded.
