About the role:
- Not all property management roles are alike and we are seeking an experienced, driven & articulate BDM's with a genuine focus on customer service and the skill set to grow our rent roll.
- We believe our team play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice that allows our clients to maximise their returns.
- We have a busy and successful sales team that drive leads to our BDM team, an ability to manage these relationships is a must,
- An ability to build & maintain relationships with landlords, suppliers & tenants
- No portfolio management
About you:
- You'll have a Real Estate licence or assistant agent certificate.
- Have a drivers licence and modern well maintained vehicle.
- Be passionate, customer service focused, professional BDM.
- You'll have a track record of new management success or a solid sales career and be looking for your next challenge.
- You are confident in generating leads from phone based prospecting.
- You're ready to embrace a brand new journey with us.
