Position Responsibilities
To contribute to the overall company and operational objectives, this position responsibilities will include but not limited to include the following:
Responsible for adhering to the Company’s Sales and Marketing Strategy.
Responsible for meeting monthly Sales Targets, as set by the Company.
Maintaining all sales tasks and activities in HubSpot in a timely manner, as these tasks are executed.
Responsible for the conversion of sales using both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Implementing outbound sales tasks according to Performance Goals (KPIs).
Cold calling and meeting with potential providers and/or organisations for new referral opportunities.
Cold call organisations Australia wide that work with clients they could refer to
Send marketing and promotional materials to organisations
Warm call participants to provide information and covert them to clients
Liaising with Local Area Coordinators, Support Coordinators, Hospitals, Schools (for SLES) and other providers / services for new business.
Liaising with potential participants to secure sales opportunities.
Taking inbound sales phone calls on behalf of the business.
Conducting video conferences related to sales.
Complete intake for all new participant enquiries

Requirements of the position
SKILLS:
Experience in consistently achieving Sales Targets.
Experience in daily cold calling based on KPIs from a defined Sales Strategy.
Ability to manage both outbound cold calling campaigns as well as inbound quotation opportunities.
Experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), with an ability to clearly articulate the different types of services offered by the Company.
Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with experience in HubSpot CRM as a must.
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Relationship building abilities.
Researching and initiative.
Position Performance/KPIs:
To follow the defined Sales Strategy.
To update daily metrics and weekly metrics in HubSpot to ensure clean data reporting.
Complete all weekly reporting by Friday close of business.
Complete a minimum of 10 new cold sales calls a day, followed by 10 “Day 8” follow ups per day, and following up any “attempted to contact” calls.
Complete all pending tasks by due dates defined by the Sales Cadence.
To close at least 30% of revenue each month from outbound prospecting.
To close at least 70% of inbound enquiries for qualified leads (qualified means the participant meets the criteria of our Ideal Customer Profile, as per the Sales and Marketing Strategy.)
Report verbally and competently at managerial meetings on key metrics for that day/week/ month, such as:
- Inbound leads
- Outbound leads
- Number of Consultations
- Number of Proposals sent
- Number of Deals won
- Conversion rates
- Increase business.
