Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role will be to win and grow CCEP's new revenue as well as looking after existing accounts.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Hunt & Win new opportunities to drive new revenue via new placements & products within your geographic territory
- Cold calling potential targets, in line to the prioritised key occasions and segments
- Conversion of warm leads that are aligned to your geographic territory
- Create a new revenue pipeline plan and conduct monthly performance reviews in line with your plan and key KPIs
- Work to maintain high customer partnership standards across your territory and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver great outcomes.
- Share market and competitor intel via appropriate streams
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to take on the personal challenge of driving and delivering business results and outcomes
- Collaboration skills, with the ability to build good working relationships across your customer base and the organisation
- An optimistic approach, with the ability to balance your positive and resilient outlook to overcome obstacles or setbacks
- Confidence in your own ability, and what is right for CCEP, our partners, customers and consumers
- An ability for tough conversations, to challenge the status quo and recognise the opportunities which deliver value
- Experience delivering sales targets
- An ability to manage and maintain existing business structures (product offerings, innovation, channels, customers, geography)
- Superior planning, prioritisation and organisation skills
