The Role

In this role, you will be dedicated to the growth of the Urbanise Strata SaaS business through actively seeking new business, promoting the products and the delivery of customer service excellence. Excellent sales and communication skills are essential.

Your prime responsibility is to drive the sales pipeline and close sales, reporting to and working closely with the CRO to enhance and implement the “Go to Market’ sales campaign, to champion the Urbanise Strata platform, its products and services and successfully grow the business across Australia and the New Zealand marketplace. In addition, you will be the face of Urbanise Strata Solution, representing the company at industry and company events to increase the brand profile and to build and maintain long-term relationships with potential & existing clients. This role means you will be the main point of contact for all sales activities including outbound calls and inbound leads. You will need to apply initiative to ensure client opportunities are maximised and or challenges are efficiently solved, and sales targets are achieved.

Requirements

Build a strong and qualified ongoing sales pipeline across Australia, New Zealand for new customers

Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales. Publish go-to-market strategy setting up product positioning, target customers and end users.
Coordinate with the CRO to develop selling tools for presentations, demos, and trade shows.
Suggest new product concepts, enhancements and potential new partnerships. Set up and publish all customer feedback to ensure the business is in sync with customer needs and goals
Determine, advise, and close new software sales agreements with company executives.
Uncover potential clients' needs to sell solutions.
Present quotes and suggest solutions on customers’ needs.
Present proposals on potential client’s needs.
Update on product information, pricing, and contract terms.
Deliver sales through face-to-face meetings, calls and web-based product presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
Attend and represent the company at selected Industry events and customer forums. Travel locally and internationally when required
System & Process improvements: Work closely with the CRO to design and implement new systems, processes and tools which improve the customer experience, minimise support tickets and create efficiencies within this part of the business. Works with the CRO to ensure the Company’s products and services meeting our customers’ needs

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Sales growth with new customers including outbound calls and customer engagement
Understand and target customers within the Sales Territory and implement and execute sales strategy for winning customers from competitor base
Leverage existing Urbanise Strata partner relationships and develop new partner ecosystem as required to help drive growth
Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating with our clients
Achieving mutually agreed key performance indicators as specified
Work closely with the implementation and support teams to deliver against customer expectations and
Meet to exceed the standards set by the Urbanise Rules

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Proven success in growing Sales, Customer management, including the ability to initiate, build and maintain client relationships and manage key customer stakeholders
Capability of converting customer issues into defined solutions
Solid understanding of the strata management or property real estate management industry in Australia & NZ
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Good listening, consultative selling practices, sales territory gathering techniques and analytical skills
A drive to help customers grow their business
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguity
Solid understanding of SaaS and technology
