The PwC Training Academy team currently delivers a variety of training solutions and products to our clients throughout Australia. We are also responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant standards and accreditation programmes internally, and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality training experience.

We are currently diversifying the nature of training delivered by the Training Academy to cover all Assurance skill sets, providing face to face, online, virtual, and blended learning experiences.

About the Opportunity

In the PwC Training Academy team, you’ll be reporting to the team Director/Partner, you will work as part of the training team to build and develop relationships with our clients for public course attendees, respond to customer enquiries received via our website and incoming phone calls, process enrolments of our clients into relevant courses utilising our student management system, and engage with the broader Training Academy team to pursue opportunities to increase enrolments across our public course offerings.

Essential to this role is the ability to engage our clients through building relationships with individuals and key buyers, as well as engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to work with an established team to deliver the best client experience possible, specific to our individual client’s needs.

In addition to developing relationships with our clients and responding to incoming enquiries, you will be helping to build the Training Academy, working with the team to increase our market presence as we develop new training content and online learning collateral.

Ideal applicants will be able to:

Consistently deliver high quality outcomes reflecting high performance;

Effectively communicate with our clients, understand their needs and provide training solutions to meet these needs;

Work across multiple systems relating to the handling of student enquiries through to enrolment;

Identify additional opportunities to develop business and increase enrolments in our public courses, run nationally;

Work within a diverse and inclusive team, and readily adapt and respond to changing environments;

Understand and identify other opportunities for business development, including linkages with the broader service offering of PwC;

Understand and fulfill internal compliance requirements with PwC requirements;

Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders;

Any other duties directed by the Leadership team of the Training Academy.

As a Senior Associate in the the PwC Training Academy team, the top skills you’ll need to hit the ground running are:

2-4 years’ experience in similar business development or student management roles.

Being passionate about all things relating to client success, upskilling clients, solving problems and our clients, and will be looking to share your expertise with a collaborative and high-performing team.

A positive “can do” attitude to challenges and the agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, which includes the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Skilled in using different technological systems, including the Microsoft Office and preferably G-suite.

Ability to learn and understand industry-specific knowledge for the training disciplines of the Training Academy.

Team player who has the ability to report upwards.
