We need someone who can handle challenging stakeholders effectively and who has a strong passion for process optimization.
Your experience will include:
• At least 5 years of experience in business process mapping using BPMN.
• Proficiency in utilizing enterprise architecture platforms such as ARIS or Signavio.
• Capable of creating and implementing specific documentation and learning modules, such as ARIS process design, operational guides, and FAQ documents.
• Experienced in establishing a process governance framework, including setting up governance councils, and defining policies, procedures, guidelines, workflows, decision-making processes, and documentation.
• Skilled in delivering business process training and leading current state analysis workshops.
• Competent in aiding the translation of existing process maps into the BPMN standard and facilitating workshops to update process flows to BPMN.
• Experienced in developing a BPM operating model and establishing a business process management office.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities are essential.
