We're on the lookout for a Business Information Systems Associate to dive into the digital depths of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and our Data Hub platform.
- From setting up new SharePoint sites to monitoring and managing our existing SharePoint sites, you will ensure our digital workspace is both welcoming and watertight
- Manage access, monitor security, and ensure our Data Hub remains the central core of information for our multi-year funded arts and cultural organisations we invest in
- Use your expertise to streamline workflows to enhance the efficiency of our business processes
- Work together with the Manager Business Information Systems Development to navigate the effective use of SharePoint, and Teams ensuring they serve as cohesive tools
- Manage our SharePoint document libraries and monitor and maintain access, classification, and security, ensuring our digital domains are safe and compliant
- Provide stellar advice and technical support on SharePoint, Teams, Data Hub, and other M365 applications

Who you are
- You've got proven experience in optimising SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams for peak performance and efficiency
- You understand the ins and outs of information management principles, processes, and practices
- You understand that collaboration is the key to success and have the project management skills to prove it
- You possess expertise in Microsoft 365, and proficiency in managing electronic records.
