Central Coast Automotive is a family owned business, employing over 100 Coast locals who enjoy a balanced lifestyle of work and play, and we are looking to add to our team.
Due to continued business growth in our multi-franchise dealerships, our Finance team is ready to welcome aboard another Business Manager to share in the excitement they experience daily when assisting our clients in one of their biggest purchases of their lifetime.
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who is driven, loyal, dedicated and understands the importance of the Finance department in the Automotive Industry.
The role
You will report to the General Manager Finance and be responsible for contributing to the attainment of our financiers and internal targets. Achieving set targets will see you flourish in a career that is challenging but financially rewarding.
Key skills and experience required are:
industry regulatory compliance
exceeding customer service expectations
excellent time management skills
proven Business Manager success in the Automotive industry
team player and able to build strong relationships with all areas of our business, in particular our sales departments
committed, driven and passionate to succeed
Specific responsibilities include (but not limited too):
working with the Sales teams early and often to build strong client connections
providing competitive finance and insurance solutions to our clients
meeting departmental and individual targets
providing clear and open communication to our clients and sales departments to ensure a smooth and problem free delivery day
