AddressADR Engineering are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticBusiness Operations Administrator to join the team. The position provides full time employment, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment within a growing business. This opportunity is based in Collinsville, QLD on a lifestyle friendly 9-day fortnight roster.
Applicant requirements:
- Proven administrative experience in a similar role, preferably experience in XERO or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workflow, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks
- Demonstrated experience in payroll and accounts payable practices
- Friendly, personable, ability to work well within in a team and unsupervised
- Excellent professional communication on the phone and via email
- Eager to engage in new tasks and diversify current skill set
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A high degree of customer focus
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing support and assistance to the Business Operations Manager
- Timesheet, job card and payroll entries
- Manage employee training profiles and certifications
- Raising and receipting purchase requisitions
- Monthly PO reconciliations and supplier invoicing
- Expense receipting and reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintain employee personnel roster and mobilisation
- Update and manage employee records and profiles
- Job costing calculations
- Inventory monitoring and stock ordering
- Maintaining customer and supplier profiles

Our workshop is fully equipped and located within the industrial estate in Collinsville (84km Southwest of Bowen, QLD). We offer a wide range of services and provide on-site expertise in maintenance and repairs upon request.
