What is the opportunity?
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the Business Transformation team in Norwest.
The purpose of this role is to support the Business Transformation Manager help Inchcape to become a truly customer centric organisation by building continuous improvement and project management capability while at the same time designing and delivering strategic projects to elevate both culture and operational performance.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work with the Business Transformation team to identify, prioritise, scope, resource, implement and measure key business improvement projects taking a portfolio view of change from inception to completion
- Develop and initiate plans
- Ensure plans align with the overall strategic plan and priorities for the organisation
- Prepare business cases for business problems and present presentations for review to Senior Executives and Managers
- Promote project and change strategies through values, principles and practices to drive change and capability
- Help lead, embed and establish the governance structures for Business Transformation Projects and ensure this service is delivered efficiently
- Measurement & Evaluation
- Implement Strategic Transformation Agenda
- Process Improvement
- Coach and develop project teams
- Extensive experience in delivering projects/transformation
- Comprehensive experience within project management, strategies, policies, practices and procedures
- Proven capability in contributing to strategic direction and implementation
- Experience in process improvement
- Superior people skills
- Comprehensive experience in communicating influencing, and interacting with people at different levels and across various cultures both written and verbal
- Strategic and lateral thinker aligned to execution of business strategy
- Ability to facilitate workshops
