The Role
You will be overseeing the requirements for a pool of clients, while having the ability to seek opportunities for clients and take initiative. You will have the freedom to build on this portfolio in role you can truly make your own while building on your advisory skills to take this role to more of an advisory based position.
Mentoring, training and reviewing team members
Manage workflow
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Providing high level business services, commercial and tax restructuring and succession planning advice
Manage budgets and other KPIs
Identify avenues to grow the fee base
Managing client list and lodgement requirements
About You
Hold a relevant degree
Be CA/CPA qualified
8+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
Experience in providing high-end business advisory
Passionate about guiding and developing staff
An ability to prioritise, delegate and review work for the team
An ability to build strong client and team relationships
Exceptional organisation and communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
