About our client:
Our client is a boutique public practice accounting firm, based 45 minutes south east from Perth's CBD (close to Gosnell's and Armadale.)
They specialise in business services, tax, SMSF and advisory services to a variety of SME businesses. The office consists of 8 staff - 1 Partner, 1 Senior Accountant, 3 Intermediate Accountants/Bookkeepers, 3 admin assistants/receptionist, with a $1.5 million dollar turnover.
They offer free parking onsite and flexible working arrangements. The practice is 100% paperless, using various software such as Xero, XPM, FYI Docs, Annature, Trello, BGL360, Smart Workpapers (Business Fitness) and Practice Protect.
About the position:
This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior to step up into a Manager position, or for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager, in Business Services to manage their own portfolio of clients and look at potential equity opportunities after 12 months (up to 50% for the right person.)
You will review accountants work, assist and support your colleagues, and be the 2IC to the Partner. The role ideally needs a Manager to be based in the office 4 days a week to support the team, and can accommodate 1 day a week working from home.

Requirements:
Degree Qualified in accounting or a related subject
Ideally CA or CPA Qualified
Minimum of 4 years experience in an accounting firm
Exceptional verbal and written English skills
Have full working rights in Australia - Permanent Resident or Citizen
