Our opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Solution Analyst to join our Sydney Team. You will provide proactive support to project teams, the Business Solutions team and the broader Business Operations area to deliver continuous improvement initiatives as well as assisting to manage and support existing systems and processes.
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Drive key Business Solutions initiatives from design through to development and implementation with ongoing monitoring of adoption and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all business processes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve process efficiency.
- Analyse and document end-to-end business processes.
- Be a key point of contact for business stakeholders requiring support or assistance in delivering projects in line with Mirvac's processes.
- Develop reports as required to monitor compliance of key processes.
- Manage ongoing key processes and scheduled knowledge sharing sessions.
- Maintain team SharePoint sites, ensuring appropriate levels of access are maintained at all times.
- Support training for business stakeholders on required business processes and systems.
- Build and manage internal stakeholder relationships through regular, effective communication.
- Contribute to the Business Operations team's culture of accountability and high performance, acting as an ambassador for Mirvac's values and effectively collaborating within Residential and cross-functionally.
To be successful you will have relevant tertiary level qualifications, extensive experience working in operational or process improvement/assessment roles, ideally in the Property industry.
Deep experience streamlining processes and improving business efficiency and outcomes with user experience and governance outcomes balance is highly regarded
You will have intermediate level skills with the full Microsoft suite, including SharePoint and Teams, and a demonstrated willingness to learn and leverage new technology tools to support process automation.
Finally, you will have experience developing and delivering training across a range of operational topics as well as expertise in writing policies and procedures and developing related templates across a range of operational topics.
