This role is purely Monday to Friday. You can choose to start at 9am or later!
Flexibility to work up to 2 days a week from home (once probation period ends)
Must have strong administration & customer service experience
Who we're looking for
We are seeking a highly self-motivated person with an outgoing and friendly personality to work within a team of Sales Administrators located in our new Coburg Office on Sydney Road. This is a busy role where you will be working behind the scenes making sure all runs smoothly for the day-to-day administration for the Sales department for multiple offices. Ideally you will come from an Administration background within Real Estate.
This role is full time, Monday to Friday.
Tasks include
Checking and following compliance requirements
High volume administrative duties for current listings
Organizing request for contracts (requests for digital signing)
Daily tasks relating to current and sold listings
Reports for offices/sales agents
Contacting third parties to organise the installation and removal or pointer boards & auction boards
Creating advertising schedules for agents
Ad-hoc items relating to the administration sales process
