What You'll Do:
Reporting directly to the Managing and Clinical Director. As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Clear Health Psychology. Your responsibilities will span from coordinating administrative tasks to supporting various departments across our sites. Your primary objectives will include:
- Coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting Practice Leads, ensuring the smooth running of administration staff across all locations.
- Enhancing efficiency and maintaining operational excellence within Clear Health Psychology.
Your Role:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Maintaining and updating company intranet content.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new psychologists and administrative staff.
- Acting as a liaison for EAP/Insurance and NDIS queries.
- Assisting in auditing organizational processes and compliance-related tasks.
- Providing technical and logistical support for administrative and clinical staff.
- Coordinating recruitment processes and conducting interviews.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Facilitating communication between departments and senior management.
- Organizing training sessions and serving as a central point of contact for various needs.
