Role details
Join our team as a Business Support Project Officer and play a key role in providing a high-quality business support services to the Education Standards Board as a member of the Corporate Services team, specifically in the area of project management and continuous improvement. This will include work as directed by the Manager Corporate Services to support the overall goals of the Education Standards Board, including administrative and finance support, HR, WHS and payroll support.
About you
You will:
have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to confidentially manage sensitive issues and information.
be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment with an ability to determine priorities, meet tight deadlines and produce high standard work under limited direction
have knowledge of organisational and government administrative, finance, records management and human resource policies, practices and procedures, financial delegations, and continuous improvement and project management principles and practices.
