About the role:
Develop and maintain a current working knowledge of Quantum’s Client Services concepts, processes, and obligations.
Maintain and control secure access to the system.
Detect, isolate, and resolve system Incidents and Problems.
Develop, document, and maintain systems based on best practice approaches.
Recommend, implement, install, and maintain appropriate technology to meet client needs.
Develop and support system integrations between Quantum’s Business Systems.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE – what you will bring;
Demonstrated experience in Systems Administration of large corporate business systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, Technology One platforms, cloud-based CRM systems.
Knowledge of best practices relating to System Administration.
Knowledge of Community Services concepts and processes.
Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
Minimum requirement of Diploma of Community Services with a strong background in Information Technology, other relevant or appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or experience relevant to this position.
