About the Role:
The Data & Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology. This team member should possess a strong business analysis background coupled with expertise in data management. The role involves understanding business processes, developing Business Systems, and programmatically updating systems to accommodate changes such as price increases conducted via Excel or SQL. Key responsibilities include documenting configurations, processes, and ensuring data consistency between systems. Knowledge in Power BI is a plus. The successful candidate will independently seek information from business divisions to gain an understanding of existing processes and actively contribute to data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Business Systems that align with organizational goals.
• Programmatic updates to systems based on business changes.
• Document configurations and processes for reference and compliance.
• Independently gather information from business divisions to understand existing processes.
• Ensure data consistency between systems.
• Assist with data management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Utilize Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in the field of information technology.
• Three or more years of working experience as a business analyst.
• Knowledge of data integration techniques.
• Proven experience working with project stakeholders to identify requirements.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding document creation skill set.
• Extensive experience with databases and querying, programming in SQL in a data integration or general development role.
