MEGT is contracted as an Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) and it is our vision to provide excellent customer service for, and promote positive communication
between Employers and Australian Apprentices and Trainees.
We are looking for two trainees to work at either our Parramatta office or our new office soon to be opened in Campbelltown.
The role
Provide customer service to customers via telephone
Maintain accurate system client records as instructed
Assist job seekers and employers in utilising MEGT's services
Assist employers and Australian Apprentices with the completion of forms and documentation
Complete administration tasks and paperwork as instructed
Develop an understanding of MEGT AASN processes and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Have a professional phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
Have the ability to work in a team environment and receptive to change
Have the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail
Have the ability to learn and apply relevant policy and legislation
Be computer literacy in Word and Excel.
Identify as an Aboriginal &/or Torres Strait Islander person
Be willing to complete a traineeship and a Certificate III Business qualification.
