Description
The Business Transformation Architect (BTA):
  • has a deep understanding of the SAP Customer Value Journey
  • utilises advanced enterprise and solutions architectural expertise to support sales and business development pursuits that leads to Business Transformation and software implementation projects.
  • supports overall project planning by providing functional strategic and business guidance.
  • contributes to business development through leading complex discussions with clients and potential clients to promote Rizing's and SAPs latest offerings.
  • requires expert knowledge of contemporary SAP solutions and a good understanding of the SAP development roadmap.
  • is a generalist role looking across all of the SAP suite of capability, but will be able to call upon the knowledge within the niche areas of expertise from Rizing.
  • has an ongoing delivery interface with in-flight projects as part of Solution Assurance, thereby maintaining hands on currency for solution implementation.
The role will support the Core Business Transformation Lead for the region but will also be required from time to time to support other CBT pursuits within the APMEA region.
Essential Functions
  • Provides strategic guidance for SAP project planning, integration and overall solution architecture.
  • Provides solution leadership to Delivery team members to implement best practice solutions that successfully impact the overall platform.
  • Provides guidance in promoting designs, tools, and new features that take full advantage of SAP's and Rizing's most up-to-date offerings.
  • Supports sales and business development leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
  • Supports strong business development initiatives by communicating with current and potential clients regarding additional value, expanded capabilities, features, and solutions most applicable to their needs, supporting traditional lines of business where appropriate.
  • Obtains new business by collaborating with Sales and Business Development to provide workshops and demonstrations, support RFP responses, and problem-solve unique client challenges.
  • Engages internally to provide deep solution expertise for strategic customer engagements.
  • Provides input on training and expands upon SAP skillset and knowledge of industry trends/technologies by participating in Rizing competency centers, communities of practice, and centers of excellence.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate the Rizing Operating Model and suite of methodologies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the CBT team and interacts broadly with the Rizing/ Wipro architect community.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or other related field; relevant experience can be substituted for degree.
  • SAP certifications including Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, LeanIX / Signavio or SAP S/4 HANA certification.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
  • ITIL, ITSM, Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent IT qualifications
  • Previous role in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture
  • Previous leadership or mentoring role.
  • SAP Activate methodology
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Expert in SAP's S4HANA suite and related areas, including BTP with 10 plus years' industry experience.
  • Basic knowledge of new SAP products.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP mobility tools.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn Rizing products and third-party products that support the broader solution set.
  • Understanding of technology platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Zscaler etc.
  • Exceptional consulting skills
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills to navigate the interests and viewpoints of multiple parties and reach a common solution.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo to exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner and tailor message to fit the interests and needs of the audience.
  • Attention to detail and quality with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new business concepts, models, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple client projects and geographies, prioritize, and delegate as needed.
  • Knowledge of one or more industries across manufacturing, retail, transportation, utilities, oil and gas, or mining.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to develop indirect reports on a project team, and the ability to gain credibility with project members.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
