Butcher Shop Manager

Full time position for a Butcher shop manager available in a successful and progressive fresh food market located in Bairnsdale.

Bairnsdale is the business hub of the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, great lifestyle with excellent wages and conditions for the right applicants.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Supervising the day-to-day operations of the meat department

Directing our team of 10 friendly Butchers

Stock control and rotation

Window and prepack display

Customer service

Preparing orders for wholesale and retail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
