Responsibilities
Preparation of lamb and pork carcasses
Cutting & Trimming quality meat
Good knowledge in value adding products
Innovative and ambitious product development
High quality customer service
But, you're a butcher, you know this. You've been in and around the game, you've honed your skills, you've dedicated your time and effort into your career.
Choose the Contract YOU WANT:
Work 45 hours a week for $70k + super
Work 50 hours a week for $83.5k + super
Work 55 hours a week for $90k + super
