Based in Brisbane, this incredible agency is a full-service premium independent buyer's agency. They are knowledgeable and connected across the industry and property market, working exclusively for the buyer to develop bespoke plans for individual needs.
We are looking for a Buyer’s Agent to support our awarded property strategy team, the successful applicant will be looking for their clients next investment property/forever home which includes doing all due-diligence, sourcing, researching, negotiating, settling and preparing handover. More roles/responsibilities include handover to property managers, finding multiple established and new properties that match our clients property portfolio plan, setting clients up with their next high return investment property and more!
Ideally, this person will be a self-starter who thrives in a high-performance office who deliver nothing short of customer excellence and acts with accountability, integrity and trust.
Your Skills & Experience:
You are a qualified, registered Buyers Agent with experience with purchasing established or new investment properties.
Proven experience and client feedback as an expert negotiator working in the best interests of your clients at all times
Across all key fundamentals of property positive cashflow
Proven background in providing nothing less than a 5-star experience to your clients
Auction bidding, assessment and negotiation and vendor advocacy
