AddressHelp us create an enjoyable, non-pressured retail shopping experience at our Dandenong, Brooklyn and Brighton sites and kiosk locations in major shopping centres in Melbourne, selling our new energy Electric Vehicles. Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for the launch of this exciting new Electric Vehicle brand in Australia. We are open minded regarding the right background, regardless of your work history, you must have exceptional inter-personal skills and an engaging personality. Having a flexible and agile approach will be critical to support our business as it grows in Victoria and Australia.
This is a chance to pursue and develop your career whilst also working with Australia’s largest Automotive Retailer. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of the sales process as well as providing outstanding service to our Guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and the automotive industry.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Building rapport and fostering successful relationships
- Identifying and exceeding the needs of clientele
- Assisting in the selection and purchase process of vehicles
- Demonstrating vehicles to clientele
- Following sales process
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Maintaining technical and industry knowledge
The successful applicant will possess:
- Previous sales experience
- The ability to connect with our Guests
- A current driver's license (manual transmission driver)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- The ability to work autonomously
- Professional, honest and well-presented
- The ability to multi-task
- Team player with a 'can-do attitude'
