We are recognised for our commitment to teamwork and dedication to providing the residential and commercial building industry with a professional service. We have a strong client base of various high-profile building companies, and strong growth in our private & renovation work.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated team player to join our drafting team.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Drafting experience is an advantage but not essential (in-house training will be provided)
- Cabinet Making or stone bench top experience, preferred but not essential
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed builder plans with strong attention to detail and quality
- Good problem-solving skills with the understanding of how to identify problems, overcome them and suggest improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong initiative
- Always striving for Continuous Improvement
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and follow procedures
- Be well presented
- Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency
This is a full-time position, office based, five days a week with overtime as required.
