To be considered for the Cadetship Program, applicants must:
- Be undertaking your first or second year of undergraduate study in a Civil Engineering degree
- Be available to work full time between November 2022 through to February 2023, whilst studying you will have the option to work 1 day a week or as the business requires
- Be willing to learn and be flexible in the tasks required of you including exposure to site-based labour – allowing you to gain hands-on knowledge of everything Downer has to offer
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Have proficient communication and interpersonal skills
