ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Show your flair for breakfast cooking and deliver simple but well presented, tasty breakfast dishes and cuisine for the dining and Room Service areas
- Prepare and restock the small, stylish buffet
- Ensure the kitchen is well stocked and ordering up to date
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy
- Support the afternoon shifts by assisting with preparation for the evening tapas menu
ABOUT YOU:
- Be efficient, "hands on" and organised to work through those 'mad rush' moments with a smile
- Team player with a passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our Boutique Hotel
- Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively
- Positive mindset and a "can do" attitude
- An understanding of food safety, WHS and HACCP principles
- Knowledge of Commercial cookery
- Reliable and motivated
