Your Role:
Hub’s Hospitality Lead will deliver truly exceptional hospitality experiences to members and guests by leading a high performing, professional team, following prescribed service standards and constantly seeking to go above and beyond for every guest.

Responsibilities:
Hospitality Services:
Making consistently amazing coffee;
Looking after our guests in following all prescribed Service Standards at all times;
Getting to know each of our members, their name and their favourite coffee;
Providing assistance to Meeting and Events Team, and catering for guests when required;
Maintaining an overview of stock levels and advising your manager as required for stock ordering;
Keeping on top of industry and café trends, whilst offering suggestions to continuously improve our offer.
Work proactively and motivate the team to meet and exceed all hospitality revenue and cost targets every day

Concierge Support:
Provide Concierge support for the Clubhouse Operations teams when required (peak times, breaks, times of leave etc)
Issue out day passes as accordingly and when needed
Support the clubhouse team with deliveries or couriers, mail and packages.
Welcome prospective members, current members and their guests with warm and welcoming hospitality.

Business Centre / Serviced Meeting Spaces (SMS):
Clean, tidy, set up and pack down for all SMS bookings
Assist with the processing of bookings for the Business Centre when requested
Be able to think on your feet and logically provide technology troubleshooting for the SMS
Arrange casual staffing as required to assist as required. Maintaining and updating the roster to cover busy periods and staff shortages
Provide guests of our Serviced Meeting Spaces with all their catering needs, including morning tea, lunches, tea and coffee etc. in a timely and professional manner
Set up room in preparation for all meetings well ahead of time
Coordinate contractors/suppliers as needed to ensure the smooth running of the business centre;
IT support
Catering
Deliveries
Gardening
Assist with and closely monitor bookings for the business centre, this may include confirming payments, rescheduling and reminders

Key skills & experience:
2+ years cafe head barista/supervisor experience
High-standard Barista skills including knowledge of allergies and latte art abilities;
Experience with operational elements of a cafe (Budgets, ordering, stock control)
Hospitality knowledge and enthusiasm for providing the best customer service to members.
A genuine passion for managing client relationships and the ability to analyse, develop and cultivate new business with new and existing members;
You have a keen eye for detail and sweat the small stuff that makes member experiences unique and authentic;
The ability to build strong internal and external relationships, work well in a team and independently;
Strong time management skills and able to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions focused;
Most importantly; a desire to grow and learn with a dynamic, growing and supportive community.

Happy members (as measured through member surveys)
Hospitality revenue against budget
Daily product wastage against budget
Ensuring internal waste percentage is in line with current policies and BCorp certification criteria
