Located in the heart of Exmouth, our cafe is a haven for those who love a sunny lifestyle, ocean adventures, and a relaxed vibe.

Position: Cafe Manager

• Type: Full Time
• Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually + Superannuation
• Hours: 40+ hours per week, including weekends and evenings

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar managerial role in a high-paced cafe environment
• Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills, leaving a lasting impression every time
• First-class time management skills and a team player attitude
• The ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Legal working rights in Australia

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily cafe operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality standards
• Leading, training, and motivating the cafe team
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Collaborating with the team to develop and enhance the menu
• Managing staff schedules and conducting performance reviews
• Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue

Location: Exmouth is approximately 1200km north of Perth and is known for its spectacular Ningaloo Reef, the closest reef to land in the world. It’s an idyllic destination for those who love nature and the ocean, offering activities like snorkeling, swimming with whale sharks, and exploring coral gardens.
