AddressAntipasti Deli Cafe is on the lookout for experienced Cafe Managers to start immediately. You will become part of an exciting team at a cafe with a great culture.
Antipasti DeliCafe - Yarraville, requires the services of experienced Cafe Managers. We operate 7 days a week with no nights required. You must be passionate about great food, great coffee and consistently delivering great customer service.
The successful applicants will have experience rostering, ordering, have awesome customer service skills, have experience with specialty coffee, be able to meet targets (wages, purchases & sales) and be able to lead from the front. You must be able to create a warm, friendly customer focused environment that keeps our customers coming back. You must also have demonstrable experience in managing and setting up systems & procedures for the smooth & efficient running of the cafe.
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role will be required.

This is a full time position with a salary of $70,000 plus superannuation.
