We are looking for a customer service superstar to join the food and beverage team! The job needs someone with a can-do attitude, exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Working in the new Eyre Pantry customer service with high energy is essential. This casual role of 10-15+ hours per week will require the successful candidate to be ready, willing, and reliable for 6am shifts and weekend work. There is the opportunity for increased hours and career development for the right candidate.
- Ensure excellent and professional customer service at all times
- Set up and reset specific activities as directed
- Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages
- Consistent and professional delivery of the Eyre Hotel and Pantry's products
- Ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the hotel and pantry, including being well versed in all menus available, food service systems, and till operations
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operations
- Efficient and thorough knowledge of the point of sale operating system
- Must participate and achieve targets of add-on sales, up-selling, and spend per head
- To maintain the clean and neat presentation of the work area – bar and or restaurant area(s) by adherence to all operating policy and procedures
- Follow Standard Operational Procedures and/or Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel at all times as per WHS Act 2012
- Proficient in the professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of liquor and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Any other duties directed by Management
