We currently have an opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic, motivated, and organised team player to join our City View Café Team on a 12-month Full time contract.
Our City View Café is busy, fast paced environment open daily 7-3pm. We are also open on major event days for pre-event dining.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager Hospitality Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for leading a highly motivated and friendly team delivering exceptional customer service to all our guests and ensure that our service standards are met.
Your focus will be:
Supervision and management of the daily operations of a fast-paced café
Delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
Provide on-going staff training and support.
Strive for excellence!
Minimum 12 months supervisory or team leader experience.
Strong leadership skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Work together with other employees to deliver the VenuesLive Fans First experience.
