The Supervisor works directly with the Assistant Venue Managers in assisting and overseeing all aspects of the venue operations, ensuring the venue is running effectively and meeting all company standards each day to include, execution of food and beverage service, staff training and induction, guest interaction, atmosphere and cleanliness.

Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar position in a high-volume venue
- Exemplary service skills and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
- Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
- Strong organisation skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Experience with reservations and POS systems
- Experience with staff training, mentoring and progression
