AddressWe are seeking a motivated, passionate and experienced person with all rounder experience to join us at our shipping container Café in Brooklyn. You will have great knowledge of specialty coffee and food.
You'll be working full time hours on a casual rate. We are looking for someone who is available Monday to Saturday, is happy with very early morning starts, has exceptional customer service skills and loves everything about coffee & food.
We follow the Construction RDO calendar therefore you'll enjoy early finishes and have every afternoon off as well as some Monday's off. We also shut down for long weekends and public holidays. You will be able to plan your weekend getaways early. This is almost unheard of in the hospitality sector so you will be able to enjoy great a work life balance.
You will have at least 1 year of speciality coffee experience including dialing in and adjusting recipes. You may be responsible for ordering stock, stock control and have the ability to use a POS system. Food experience is desired but not essential as we can provide full training.
Most importantly, you will be a friendly, bubbly, well presented, organised and a reliable person who thrives in a small team and loves a fast paced environment. Customers will love you for who you are. You must have attention to detail and passion for your craft..
