Operate the contact centre telephony and other communication systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Create a positive relationship in all telephone interactions.
Efficiently assess and take ownership of customers' needs.
Deliver specialist assistance across multiple basic agencies and campaigns. Accept enquiries across multiple skill
About You
2-3 years previous customer service or call centre experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong email etiquette
