As Barclays Candidate Acquisition Analyst BA4 you will be responsible for delivering all regional candidate acquisition activity for all Programmatic channels, including Interns, Graduates and Apprentices. A key requirement of the role will be to collaborate through others including the sub-services, colleagues from the business, 3rd party providers and across other HR transaction cycles to effectively ensure delivery of a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.

What will you be doing?
• Execute on aligned regional candidate acquisition activity for Programmatic channels; including but not limited to Interns, Graduates and Apprentices
• Partner with the business agree and attend events associated with attraction to all Programmatic channels including campus, recruitment and school events
• Execute on attraction and assessment efforts that are in line with both firm goals and individual pathway goals
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver on agreed recruitment strategy and engage them in our efforts
• Deliver an effective candidate attraction strategy derived from data analysis and a deep knowledge of universities and organizations
• Execute assessment processes that will achieve firm goals while allowing for all Programmatic channels to effectively source for individualized programming
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Willingness and desire to travel
• Working knowledge and / or desire to learn regional end to end recruitment processes
• High comfort level with presenting to groups of varying sizes

Where will you be working?
You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
