Your Role
This vibrant team of Recruitment Professionals are seeking a Candidate Manager to help them in their day-to-day.

As a busy and varied role, it will involve administration and candidate care tasks with scope to progress into other areas of the business as they continue to expand! Your day-to-day duties will include:

Greeting clients, candidates and answering inbound calls
Preparing and posting job ads
Source candidates via various methods (not limited to: job boards, head hunting, database, networking)
Phone screening candidates and booking for registration
Briefing candidates on vacancies that match their skills
Calculating award wages
Undertaking reference and background checks on candidates
Formatting candidate resumes
Coordinating interviews and email confirmations
Managing candidate feedback post interview
Negotiating employment offers and terms
Manage candidate communication throughout job search journey and post placement
Electronic filing, data input, and record management
Creating follow up tasks and communication trails to manage candidate relationships
Preparing for, attending, and contributing to team meetings
Database management (not limited to: update records, record accurate notes, skills tagging)
Prepare candidate summaries for weekly email correspondence to database
Actively contribute to social media, write blog articles to help promote the business
Float calls to prospective hiring managers to notify of active candidates in the market
Additional ad hoc administration tasks as directed.
Your Profile
You will either be a strong Administrator, an HR or Recruitment Administrator or a Sales Support Administrator from the Real Estate and Property industry looking to expand your career! If you enjoy a fast-paced role with lots of people interaction, this is the opportunity for you.

You will be polished in your customer service abilities and able to bring a helpful, articulate and friendly service in dealing with clients and candidates. Equally, you will demonstrate confidence and pragmatism and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Your initiative and impeccable organisation skills, coupled with your dedication to supporting your team will see you succeed in this role.

This is a business that is growing rapidly and has an entrepreneur at the helm so you must be adaptable and great with picking up new technology.
