Car Builders current sales role opportunity. We are looking for an experienced auto-salesperson to add our office team.
Car Builders specialises in thermal and acoustic aftermarket products for cars, 4WDs, trucks and vans. Car Builders is an established, yet growing, business lead by intrinsically motivated and forward thinking leaders, looking to continually improve and grow.
With quality service at the heart of our success, our new salesperson's role will be ensuring our customers continue to have the best possible service experience.
Key responsibilities in the Sales Role include;
- Serving retail and trade customers via phone, email, online chats and in our showroom.
- Creating/processing orders by email, phone and in person.
- Communicating and, at times, assisting warehouse to dispatch orders.
- Monitoring and managing customer's freight.
- Proactively contacting resellers and stockists
In the Sales Role, the successful candidate will demonstrate;
- Experience in the automotive sector or an interest in vehicles
- A commitment to deliver exceptional customer service
- Confidence in computer skills- (in-house system training will be provided)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and pride in work
- Availability to attend up to 2 x trade shows over the year (4x4 Outdoor Show Melbourne, Summernats, Motorex, Motorclassica etc)
- An open attitude to a team environment
- Flexibility with skills to diversify from your core duties when required
We potentially could also combine this sales role with 2 days (per week or fortnight) of_ hands-on installs of our products if skill and interest is there. _
