Are you an experienced and dynamic duo ready for an exciting opportunity in North West Tasmania? BIG4 Stanley is searching for a talented Caravan Park Management Couple to join our team for an immediate start.

Position: Caravan Park Management Couple

Location: BIG4 Stanley, North West Tasmania

Roles and Responsibilities:

Front Office Manager: We are seeking an experienced front office manager who will be responsible for maximizing occupancy and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your duties will include managing the reception area, overseeing the housekeeping teams, handling bookings, checking guests in and out, and ensuring the cleanliness of our cabins.

Maintenance and Groundskeeping/Gardening: The second part of the team will focus on park and cabin maintenance, as well as groundskeeping and gardening. We need individuals experienced in maintaining cabins, ensuring the overall upkeep of the park, and beautifying our grounds to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements:

Both members of the team must be experienced in their respective roles.

Overnight on-call duties are included in this role.

Strong communication, teamwork and staff management skills.

Presentable and professional appearance. 

A minimum commitment of 1 year is required, with bonuses paid at the 1-year and 2-year marks.
