About the Role We're seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of expert caravan assembly and repair technicians. This full-time position based in our modern workshop offers a chance to work Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts, focusing on high-quality caravan manufacturing and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair caravans
- Fit internal and external components
- Conduct cabinetry and custom interior projects
- Handle general maintenance, fault finding, and diagnostics
- Perform parts kits assembly and accessories fitting
- Work on 12-volt electrical systems, plumbing installations, and more
Who We're Looking For Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven mechanical or repair experience in the automotive industry, particularly in caravans or trailers
- Competency with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivation and reliability
Experience in carpentry, cabinet making, or similar fields is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided to enhance your skills to industry standards.
