Your part in Buderim Private Hospital
Our Cardiac Services team provide diagnostic and interventional cardiology, pain & vascular services. We have two dedicated Cardiovascular Theatres, a Critical Care service which includes Intensive Care, all supported by highly qualified specialist cardiologists and electrophysiologists, an intensivist service, a 24-hour Resident Medical Officer service and specially-trained nursing staff.
We also have all the necessary diagnostic imagery technology onsite, including ultrasound, X-rays, CT scans and magnetic resonance imagery, meaning our patients do not need to travel to Brisbane for cardiac services.
What makes a difference for us?
The successful applicant will have proven experience in radiographic technique, and a good knowledge of cardiac and vascular angiography. They will also demonstrate a high standard of patient care, have initiative and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team environment.
You'll demonstrate:
- Bachelor of Applied Science - Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
- Possess a licence to use irradiating apparatus
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
- Experience in or willing to be trained in interventional Cardiology, Vascular, Radiology and Chronic pain procedures
- Available for AM and PM shifts
- Ability to work flexible hours including an ‘on-call’ roster
