Facilitate care and services for Mercy Health Home Care Package and other Aged Care related funding streams
Strong team player
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible services to consumers and carers
ABOUT YOU:
Prior experience in community aged care
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
High standard of verbal and written communication skills
Genuine care, understanding and commitment supporting quality aged care

NDIS Worker Screening Check
