This is a full-time position where you’ll oversee service coordination and delivery, providing guidance to Support Workers working throughout the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast areas. Emphasising a recovery-oriented and strengths-based approach, you'll foster collaboration with stakeholders and community resources. In this leadership position you will make a difference in our clients' lives by ensuring excellence in service delivery and effective staff management.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:
- Building a high performing and positive team culture that focusses on client centric service delivery goals using evidence-based practices.
- Inspiring your team, supporting and guiding the Support Workers in the delivery of recovery-oriented practice.
- Establishing and maintain positive relationships with the clients, families, carers, and employers.
- Managing the resourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and quality management to meet our clients’ needs.
- Supporting client satisfaction and ensure clients are appropriately supported in their needs.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar frontline leadership role – preferably within mental health, child protection, or community services sector.
- Significant experience in delivering high-quality mental health, disability and/or community services.
- Knowledge of Complex Care, Restrictive Practices, Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Demonstrated experience at successfully managing and resolving escalating situations and a high level of adaptability.
- Financial literacy – understanding balance statements, maintaining budgets, managing costs and maximising staff utilisation through the use of effective rostering practices.
- Current knowledge of NDIS funding and processes is highly advantageous.

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to hold one.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or ability to hold one.
