About the role
As a Care Service Employee you’ll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts
Duties may include:
Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
Assistance with medication
Simple wound dressing
Assistance with activities under supervision
Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
Skills & experience
Previous experience as a Care Service Employee (desired)
Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtain
