Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cargo SupervisorThai Airways to work solely for our client airlines, Thai Airways. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is not afraid to manage a small team. 

Main accountabilities include: 

In addition to other duties listed on the Job Description:

  • Coordinate with customers and GHA, fostering good relationships.
  • Provide operational and sales support to TG cargo office.
  • Ensure compliance of shipments with formalities, liaising with agents and shippers.
  • Manage cargo reservations, tracing, and loading/unloading requirements with GHA.
  • Supervise GHA activities to meet TG and local authority requirements.
  • Procure and distribute company supplies, reconcile invoices, and verify settlements.
  • Assist SYD Controller in operational matters, ULD stock control, and SSA issuance.

Qualifications and Experience
In addition to other duties listed on the Job Description:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of operating procedures, requirements, and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, collaborate effectively in a team, and maintain security and dangerous goods awareness.
