AddressWe are currently seeking an experienced carpenter for a Maintenance company located in the Sydney City area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for carpentry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all carpentry/Maintenance work in including, cladding, small frames, installing hardware
- Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and other trades involved in the project.
- Minimum of five years' experience in carpentry work.
- Certified carpenter with a strong understanding of the trade and its tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to complete the project on time and to a high standard.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
