Our Kempsey care home is looking to employ qualifiedand experienced Aged Care Workers on a Casual basis.
Support ourresidents with assisted daily living and mobility requirements, ensuringresidents' safety, wellness, and independence, as well as developingrelationships with residents and their families.
What you will bring to the role
- Certificate IIIin Individual Support Aged Care, Disability or equivalent, with relevant agedcare experience.
- Ability to workindependently as well as part of a great team
- Effectivecommunication skills, written, verbal and basic computer knowledge
- Australian working rights and a National Police Clearance
As part of Bupa’sRecruitment Process, all applicants are required to undergo mandatorypre-employment background checks.
If selected for interview, it is advised that applicants bring along, the following documents to support their application and in preparation of pre-employment screening checks (if successful)
- NDIS Check or Current police check (no older than 3 years)
- Proof of Work entitlements e.g., birth certificate, passport etc
- Details of 1 professional reference - this should be someone you directly reported to in your most recent role
- Copy of certification / qualification
